- Architect and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive technologies and business models

- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations with $10M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to commercialization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation ROI analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
