Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation pipeline prioritization using data-driven frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Document future scenarios and strategic playbooks for organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in AI, IoT, or climate tech disruption patterns
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
