Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum computing and neurotech
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives at global innovation summits
- Drive R&D investments in climate-positive technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Quantum Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused impact (patents, startups, or white papers)
