Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes and minimum viable products
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $10M innovation fund allocation for high-impact projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in future-focused R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading tech transformation projects valued at $50M+
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
