Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning business goals with long-term technological capabilities.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Cloud) to predict industry shifts and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Operational Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize workflows and enhance productivity by integrating next-gen tools and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure technology strategies support broader business objectives.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners to support the company's growth trajectory.
- Change Management: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or enterprise architecture with a focus on future trends.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at the executive level.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging digital workplace trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
