Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field (PhD preferred).

- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation projects with a focus on future-proofing.
- Deep understanding of AI integration in the workplace and its implications for the future of work.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
