Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on post-AGI architectures and ethical frameworks.
- Design Quantum-Ready Infrastructures: Architect scalable cloud solutions capable of handling quantum computing workloads alongside traditional AI models.
- Optimize Generative Models: Improve the efficiency and output fidelity of our large language models to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead internal research projects aimed at solving complex problems in machine learning, including self-healing systems and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on theoretical physics or advanced mathematics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
