Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision to ensure our architecture is future-proofed for the advancements in AI and automation expected by 2026.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, distributed systems and microservices that can handle massive data loads and complex AI workloads.
- Lead Innovation: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready protocols) into our core product ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering leads to translate business objectives into technical blueprints.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor senior engineers and junior architects.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess technical debt and risks associated with new AI integrations to ensure long-term system stability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks; strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record designing scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical decisions, and influence the organization's technical direction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or similar cloud certifications are a significant plus.
