Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models optimized for edge computing and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced NLP and Computer Vision capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for model interpretability, fairness, and ethical AI usage in accordance with 2026 compliance standards.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agents to ensure reliability in high-stakes environments.
- Drive the technical vision for our roadmap, focusing on breakthroughs in reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models or generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Experience designing robust MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows for machine learning models.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
