The Role
You will lead a cross-functional team to design and implement robust technical frameworks that align with our 2026 strategic vision. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and high-level strategic foresight.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical architecture for 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- System Modernization: Drive the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native solutions, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade security protocols to protect our growing data ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to business solutions.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
