Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure specifically tailored for the high-load requirements of the year 2026.
- AI Integration Leadership: Spearhead the deployment and optimization of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) across our core products.
- Future-Proofing Roadmaps: Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps that anticipate the needs of the 2026 market.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refactor legacy systems to ensure they can handle next-generation data volumes and latency requirements.
- Tech R&D: Conduct research and POCs on emerging technologies, including edge computing and neuromorphic hardware.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding junior engineers in adopting advanced methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and neural network architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable technical strategies.
