- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, market research, and consumer behavior
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed projections
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation adoption across organizational units
- Pioneer scenario-planning methodologies for black swan events and paradigm shifts
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking emerging technologies and market disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategic initiatives successfully implemented
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
