- Proven track record in scaling systems for 10M+ concurrent users
- Certifications in TOGAF, CISSP, or quantum computing (e.g., IBM Quantum)
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment at scale
- Strong background in decentralized systems and Web3 protocols
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
