- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and neural interface protocols.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity, security, and scalability across global deployments.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and international partners.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of core infrastructure to cloud-native ecosystems, ensuring zero downtime during migration.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with cross-functional teams of AI researchers, security experts, and UX designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
