Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and distributed systems.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines with a focus on reasoning capabilities.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols into classical machine learning workflows.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation in model deployment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and Generative AI principles.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
