- Lead AI Research: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic computing and Quantum AI integration.
- Optimize Performance: Implement high-performance computing solutions to reduce inference latency by 50%.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for responsible AI development and bias mitigation.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack system architecture, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing research or deploying breakthrough AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks under high-pressure deadlines.
