Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for next-generation software platforms and IoT ecosystems.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives focused on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing readiness.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps that align with the company's 2026 strategic vision and market trends.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and high performance under massive load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics Board) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering tasks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, forward-looking environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
