Responsibilities

- Architect resilient, scalable systems capable of handling high-concurrency quantum-enhanced workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype next-gen solutions.
- Establish ethical frameworks and safety protocols for advanced autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate 2026 vision into quarterly engineering milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to predict and prepare for industry shifts.
- Optimize existing cloud infrastructure to support the rapid iteration cycles required for future tech.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
- Deep expertise in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their integration with classical software stacks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP) and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and future-proofing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
