Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 transition, identifying emerging technologies like quantum computing and advanced AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high engineering standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring a team of elite developers.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term system longevity and stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- AI Integration: Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
