Your Mission:
As the Future Systems Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will set the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and ethically aligned.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable architectures for AI-driven platforms and quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Visionary Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the company, identifying emerging trends in 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, researchers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into executable code.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale distributed systems to handle high-velocity data streams and AI model training.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to global data privacy standards.
- Innovation Labs: Experiment with experimental technologies such as edge computing, blockchain integration, and bio-digital interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Future Tech Fluency: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
