Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmap deliverables.
- Optimize existing codebases and infrastructure to support next-generation computational loads.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Apex Horizon remains at the industry forefront.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Document system architecture and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
