Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and neural networks focused on long-term viability and future-proofing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Optimize AI inference latency and model accuracy for real-time decision-making systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
