Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototype systems for next-gen applications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Design sustainable technology frameworks with measurable environmental impact metrics
- Collaborate with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong understanding of ethical technology development frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
