In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, steering our R&D initiatives toward a sustainable, AI-integrated future. You will work directly with executive leadership to identify emerging trends and architect solutions that will define the era of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering milestones.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with next-generation infrastructure.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI research.
- Experience leading high-level technical strategy and roadmap planning.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their scalability limitations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about the societal and ethical implications of future tech.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
