Responsibilities

- Translate 2026 technology roadmaps into actionable engineering blueprints
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, federated learning, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record leading R&D initiatives for future-facing products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Certifications in AWS Quantum Technologies or Google Quantum AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >1 petabyte daily data
