Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy advanced AI and robotic architectures capable of autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on generative AI, computer vision, and human-robot interaction for the 2026 roadmap.
- Scalability & Performance: Optimize algorithms for high-throughput processing and ensure system reliability under extreme conditions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical concepts into market-ready products.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems adhere to strict ethical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading high-level AI/Robotics projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and stay ahead of emerging technological trends.
