Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the long-term technical strategy and R&D roadmap for the organization, ensuring alignment with futuristic market trends.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, validating their viability for large-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Audit and upgrade current systems to ensure seamless integration with next-generation protocols and security standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or R&D leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in high-level programming languages (Python, Rust, C++) and modern frameworks. Familiarity with quantum computing principles and generative AI models is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies that drive business growth.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
