Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning business goals with emerging technologies.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable software systems, focusing on quantum-ready frameworks and advanced AI integration.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends (e.g., neural interfaces, autonomous systems) and prototype viable solutions.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with evolving global standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
