Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement the long-term technical roadmap for the company’s transition into the 2026 era, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and next-gen integration.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and strategic value.
- System Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable technical milestones.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate future trends and align technology with business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
