- Hybrid Architecture Design: Design complex systems that seamlessly integrate AI-driven decision engines with quantum-resistant cryptography protocols.
- System Scalability: Architect microservices and cloud-native solutions capable of handling exabyte-scale data throughput.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate abstract technological concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of next-generation security frameworks to protect proprietary data assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum Computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, high-stakes engineering problems with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, distributed engineering teams to successful delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
