Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Lead the architectural vision for scalable software ecosystems designed to withstand the demands of the 2026 era, including high-frequency trading and real-time data processing.
- Horizon Scanning: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Neuro-interfaces) and integrate viable concepts into our product roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Design: Design and implement resilient cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and sub-millisecond latency.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal R&D sprints to prototype and validate next-gen tech stacks before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise executive leadership on technical trends, security protocols for decentralized networks, and long-term digital transformation strategies.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects to think beyond current constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and predictive analytics integration.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing paradigms and edge computing architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of translating complex futuristic concepts to business stakeholders.
