Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning systems designed for scale and efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) to assess feasibility and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering tasks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and resilience for high-volume global operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
