Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing) and prototype viable integration strategies.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems that can handle the anticipated load of next-generation applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and machine learning frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and propose forward-thinking solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
