Responsibilities
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying high-potential emerging trends.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for AI-driven applications and predictive analytics.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for experimental technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive models into core business solutions.
- Establish a vision for the future of our data infrastructure, focusing on real-time processing and edge computing.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and forums discussing the future of technology.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or systems architecture with a focus on future tech.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of strategic forecasting, technology lifecycles, and market adaptation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
