Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Infrastructure: Design and oversee the deployment of systems that are scalable, resilient, and prepared for the technological shifts of 2026.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Quantum Computing Strategy: Collaborate with R&D to identify and prototype potential use cases for quantum computing in our enterprise stack.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Establish zero-trust architectures and ensure data sovereignty in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, Edge Computing) and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers in adopting next-gen tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM integration.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
