Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectural frameworks for AI and cloud-native applications.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to support 2026 business goals.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments and risk analysis for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-availability, mission-critical systems.
