Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI models and neural networks designed for 2026+ scalability.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum-resistant cryptography and processing.
- Define technical roadmaps for emerging technologies including neuromorphic hardware and edge AI.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in large-scale models.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for futuristic tech stacks (e.g., holographic interfaces, autonomous agents).
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
