Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable LLM architectures and fine-tuning pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Develop advanced techniques for model quantization, distillation, and inference optimization to reduce latency and cost.
- Agentic Systems: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, tool use, and multi-step planning.
- RAG Engineering: Develop and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- MLOps: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems for production AI models.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., MoE models, Transformer improvements) and prototype novel solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Probability Theory.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
