Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026 product vision
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Coordinate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Secure patents and publish research in emerging technology fields
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
- Present strategic tech insights to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
