- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Manage cross-functional teams from ideation to prototype validation
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary innovations
- Monitor emerging tech landscapes and competitive threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
