- Drive R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budget for next-gen product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and investors securing $50M+ in funding
- Mentor talent pipeline in emerging tech methodologies and future-proof skillsets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product leadership with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record launching 3+ commercial products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
