- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge prototypes across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Identify market disruption opportunities through horizon scanning and competitive intelligence
- Secure intellectual property portfolios with 15+ patent applications annually
- Develop commercialization strategies for emerging technologies with $50M+ potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing 10+ technology patents or equivalent IP
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research communities
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, TRIZ)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
