Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through our proprietary Tech Horizon Scanning framework
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-focused technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with demonstrated impact on future-facing products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston Futures Studies program)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies deployed with 10M+ user impact
