- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate emerging tech into product portfolios
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers/talks)
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
