Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and biomaterial engineers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA and DARPA
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product lifecycle design
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and Web Summit conferences
- Mentor the next generation of STEM talent through our Future Leaders program
- Oversee patent development targeting 20+ new IP filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from prototype to market
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R/Julia)
- Experience securing government grants >$1M
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
