Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess market viability for commercialization
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for breakthrough projects
- Drive patent development and IP protection for novel technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
