Responsibilities

- Present strategic findings to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-disrupting products
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and Austin tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Experience managing cross-cultural remote teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, white papers, TED talks)
