Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology initiatives aligned with market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead R&D on quantum-resistant encryption and neural network optimization for edge computing
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype sustainable tech solutions in energy and logistics
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent projects using agile-scrum methodologies
- Mentor 8-person technical team in emerging technologies including generative AI and neuromorphic computing
- Present quarterly breakthroughs to C-suite stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in AI/quantum/sustainability
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with published research in IEEE/ACM journals
- Strong patents portfolio (3+ granted) in encryption or distributed systems
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google Cloud AI specialization
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework compliance
