- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate and scale disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership papers on societal impacts of 2026-era technologies
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget across R&D and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2023)
