Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains with $2M+ annual budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation strategies with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of prototyping pipelines
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching minimum 3 commercialized tech products
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, bio-integrated tech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation projects
